The Event
The Tournament takes place in May. The game is played as a 6-a-side without goalkeepers, on a pitch measuring approximately 42 by 21 meters. Goals: 3 meters wide, 1 meter in height.
Who can participate?
The tournament is for both men and women. The teams will be categorised on their skill levels whenever possible.
How to register your team
Only official application forms will be accepted.
Please ensure that all forms are filled in properly. Any extra charges due to errors or changes are the team’s responsibility.
Confirmation of participation will be sent once the €205 team registration fee has been received.
Payment
To participate, the entire package (hotel + transfers) must be booked.
Prices are per person for the full stay.
Children (2–11.99 years) receive discounted rates when sharing with two full-paying adults.
Extra nights or services (excursions, etc.) must be paid directly to Viajes Adramar.
Extras like drinks or meals are not included.
Bank charges are the customer’s responsibility.
After full payment, hotel and transfer confirmation will be sent.
Bank transfers must reference the guest and team name.

Single rooms are limited and require a supplement.
Cancellation Policy & Fees
- Less than 2 weeks before arrival or no-show: 100% charge
- More than 2 weeks before arrival: 25% charge
- We recommend travel and cancellation insurance
- Cancelled participants should contact their insurer for refunds
Organizer Responsibilities
The organizer may adjust the final program.
Participants agree to pay tournament and accommodation fees and receive hotel, transfers, and facilities in return.
If the event is cancelled due to organizer fault, payments will be refunded (no liability for additional compensation).

Corona Policy
If the tournament is cancelled due to a new Corona wave, all payments (minus €10 pp) will be refunded.
Important Notes
Neither the organizer nor Viajes Adramar is responsible for injuries, damage, or loss of personal items.
Teams must be properly insured.
Team leaders are responsible for team behavior and safety.
Hotels will not tolerate disruptive guests – evictions are at guests’ own cost.
Photos
By participating, you consent to the use of event photos for promotional purposes.
Liability
The organization is not liable for theft, injury, facility closures, or technical failures.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Respect the laws and fellow guests. Hotel rules are available at reception.
Improperly left rooms may incur extra cleaning or damage fees.
Tour Club
When traveling, your team represents your country and organization.
Good behavior fosters friendships and future invitations.
Unforeseen Circumstances
The organizer is not responsible for events beyond their control (e.g. war, disasters, pandemics, weather).
Also not responsible for last-minute team changes.
Important
The organization accepts no liability for injuries or damages during the event. Participation is at your own risk.
Medical, travel and cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
In extreme weather, pitches may be unplayable – this is considered force majeure.
